110 Happy Days

Have you heard of 100 Happy Days? It’s a challenge set forth to the world to capture one moment that happens each day that makes you happy. When “busy” becomes a word we use all to often, trying to focus on the little moments becomes a stretch.

And there are so many benefits from this project. If you try this, you will literally be in a better mood and receive more compliments. You will be a better you. And that is cool. To hold yourself accountable, put it on social media, what ever you feel comfortable with. Or, if you prefer, write it in a journal or on the notes in your phone.

This could be fun! Should we start soon?

I’ve been trying to write 3 things that I’m thankful/happy for everyday in my journal. It really does help make me feel better!

Oh that’s awesome. Glad you are at three! Tell me what you wrote today? (I’m happy that work slowed down a bit, if only for a couple hours…)

I usually do it at the end of the day on my commute home. Here are yesterday’s, which actually got up to 5!
        1. Living in the Bay. Views of water, mountains, SF on a regular basis
        2. Dinner plans with the husband
        3. Vegas plans with my girlfriends
        4. Being a household that plays a lot of music
        5. Yoga, always yoga
