Fifty Years and Fridays

November 22, 2013

A gloomy Friday here in New York, fitting for the day that marks 50 years since the assassination of a president that still sparks curiosity in us all. A report I did in middle school on Lydon Johnson gave me insight to the work that John Kennedy started. I’ve had admiration ever since, for the both of them, and all those who practice public service.

A few facts for your Friday:

+John Kennedy wasn’t the youngest president to take office.

+What if he lived?

+Jackie’s pink suit.

+His pursuit for public service.
