A Fruitful Weekend

In case you didn’t know…

Blueberries are it. While it has been proven time and time again that blueberries are one of the best fruits, better yet foods, in the world for your body, another study has come out linking the fruit to reduce risk in type two diabetes by 11% if only eaten twice a month. Just imagine if you ate them all the time.

When Josh and I visited Zach in Chicago in July, we had the most delicious blueberries at the farmers market. And they are easy to replicate: buy some amazing, plump berries, sprinkle with a dash of sugar and throw in the freezer. Snack on them anytime you would like, day or night.
